The unit was originally like a big tuppaware bowl that fitted in to the hole and was screwed down, then a ply cover fitted in to the recess to make the seat. Unfortunately I cut the bottom off, discarded that as it was bulky, and just used the top to keep the seat in use. I ventually I had a new lid made that fitted without the use of the olld cool box top. Not the best explanation, let me know if I’m not making sense.
Hi, I have just bought a centaur but the Base for the cool box is missing. Did you keep yours after adding the holding tank? Is it available?

Hi Gemini! Owner of a Chieftain here and looking for some holding tank advice.
Does the tank that you have fitted enable it to be emptied through the deck at a pumping station or is this emptied while out at sea?
Does your tank catch waste only from the toilet or from the head/galley sinks too?
Was this tank standard or custom made to fit in the fridge locker?
Really hope to hear from you,
Thanks,
Rob
Hi Rob,
Nope pump out to see only, thus far I have never seen a pumping station. It only catches waste from the toilet.
Standard tank from this range https://www.tek-tanks.com/series-c-tanks/series-c-waste/
Hope that helps?
Gary.
